Spotlight: Kept on for fourth in Group 3 Ballysax at Leopardstown (1m2f, good to yielding) on reappearance and suited by the step up in trip when winning the Listed Lingfield Derby Trial (11.6f, good to firm) last month, by a short head from a stablemate who hasn't run since; in excellent hands to continue to progress and O'Brien/Moore have won two of the last six runnings; player.

Spotlight: Got up late to win Haydock novice (11.6f, good) in April on second start and a line can be put through his soundly beaten Listed fourth to Amiloc at Goodwood as he was badly hampered; others have a lot more substance to their form but he's well bred (by Frankel out of two-time Group 1 winner Izzi Top) and retains potential for his top yard; no surprise to see a good run.

Spotlight: Down the field in first-time cheekpieces in the Derby but was maybe unsuited by tricky Epsom (he became unbalanced on the undulating Rowley Mile previously in career); prior to that he stayed on well for fifth in the Group 2 Dante at York (10.2f, good to firm) and he could tap back into that promise to produce an improved performance now back at a more conventional track for his second attempt at 1m4f; blinkers now given a go; interesting.

Spotlight: Won at Newbury (1m, soft) last September on second start and followed up on reappearance in a novice at Doncaster (1m2f, good) two weeks ago when prevailing by a neck in a first-time hood (retained); has a classy pedigree and can continue to improve, but needs a sizeable step forward to win this.

Spotlight: Won Group 2 Royal Lodge (1m, soft) last September and running really well in defeat this season, second in the Craven and fifth in the Guineas before his third when upped to 10.2f in the Dante (good to firm); every chance he'll stay this far and he's one to consider in first-time cheekpieces.

Spotlight: Second of three in Group 1 Criterium de Saint-Cloud last October (1m2f, heavy) and respectable seventh of 18 in the Derby 13 days ago (1m4f, good); back down in grade today but his eight starts have yielded just one win, in a maiden at Yarmouth, and he's probably vulnerable once more.

Spotlight: Made it 2-4 when winning a conditions race in first-time blinkers (retained) at Naas (10.3f, good) last month; plenty to find now upped in grade and Ryan Moore rides stablemate Puppet Master, but this 2,000,000gns yearling could have more to offer now tackling 1m4f and he's not discounted.
